How do I book a private experience?
Choose an experience and check the available dates. Complete your details and pay the full experience price securely with Stripe. For a tailored itinerary or a date not shown online, contact us on WhatsApp.
Where do we depart from?
Our home port is Marina di Capitana, Molo 10, berth 21, in Quartu Sant’Elena near Cagliari. The Exclusive Private Excursion departs from Costa Rei. We confirm the meeting point before departure.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsuitable we contact you and agree a new date together, or refund the experience in full.
How does the price work?
The boat costs €100 an hour, with a minimum of four hours: €400 for four hours, €600 for six and €800 for eight. The price is for the boat and the skipper, whatever the size of your group. Fuel is separate and depends on the agreed route. Special experiences have their own prices.
Is the boat private?
Yes. Your group has exclusive use of the boat. For larger groups we arrange a single larger boat. Confirm the boat and any overnight arrangements with us before booking.
Are food and drinks included?
Water and basic refreshments are available on board. Aperitifs, dinner and custom menus with Sardinian products depend on the chosen experience; confirm any special requests with us.
Can we customise the route?
Yes. Tell us whether you prefer swimming, hidden coves, sunset, fishing, kitesurf or a quiet anchorage. Routes are always subject to weather and sea conditions.
What should we bring?
Bring swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses and a light layer for the return. Let us know about children, accessibility needs or dietary requirements before booking.
